Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with FIRST TIL.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates and delivery times

We currently ship within the United States.

  • Standard shipping: $8.00 — estimated delivery in 3–5 business days

  • Express shipping: $15.00 — estimated delivery in 1–2 business days

  • Free standard shipping on orders of $60 or more

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed. Actual delivery dates may vary because of carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Incorrect address or delivery issues

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. FIRST TIL is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If your package is damaged, missing, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at firsttilsportgear@gmail.com with your order number and photos, if applicable.
